With the warmer weather upon us, I’ll be travelling to neighbourhoods and communities around Ward 12 for pop-up 'Cassar Where You Are' meetings in parks and community spaces.

2026 Operating and Capital Budget
The City’s operating and capital budget was finalized in February 2026 and includes a 3.8% average increase to the residential property tax levy.
