The City of Hamilton continues to recover from the cybersecurity incident on February 25, 2024.

The list of service disruptions and updates are available on our website www.hamilton.ca/cyberincident. It is being updated regularly as restoration progresses The Customer Contact Centre is operational and able to take phone calls from residents at 905-546-CITY.
