Request to sever the existing residential lot into six residential lots, to develop six street townhouse dwellings contained within two townhouse blocks.

Although Staff recommended approval of the severance because townhouses are permitted in this zone, the Committee of Adjustment denied the application in Aug 2025.

Given that City Staff recommended approval, the City will not take a position in the OLT case.
